This was written pre Corona.

Hello and welcome to the MX-CO blog my name is Tarz friends usually just call me T, I hope to be friends with you in the future it's one of the biggest reasons for making this website, I'm hoping to meet like minded people and make connections with Motocross enthusiasts
I always thought that someday sooner than later that someone was gonna come along with the right ideas and ability to do the things necessary to get the sport of motocross growing again, perhaps someone at the AMA or someone well known and connected in the motocross industry, someone with lots of knowledge and clout.
But after many years of thinking somebody somewhere must be working on this... I haven't seen any new strategies or different things like creative marketing ideas or really much of anything tried to try to get new people involved.

(Have you ever heard the saying, be the change you wish to see in the world?)
I never thought that someone would be me! … But I now believe that I am that someone...
Believe me It sounds crazy to say that!
I feel like who am I to think this big, but I really believe that I have solutions that could help!
I'm a superfan,
I've been following the sport closely for 30 years, I have seen all the changes as they happened and I see lots of things that could have and should have been done differently.
I believe that I have solutions to get 10's of thousands of new people to participate in the sport of motocross.
I don't say that lightly it's after a great deal of thought and research that I say that.
I can't do it alone though, the only way to make this happen at scale is gonna be with participation from the industry.

I've considered introducing it as a non-profit organization or social enterprise I'm still trying to figure out how to best present my plans and I'm not exactly sure how to go about that but I believe that I have
The blueprint, The formula, the strategy,
I'm not even sure what to call it, but I have a way that if we all rally together and get on the same page that we can grow the sport!
For those of us that remember what local turnouts used to look like, and anyone that knows how much fun it is lining up against a full gate of 30 to 40 other riders knows that it's an indescribable feeling.

I remember racing the 125C class in the early 1990's which in my area was the (novice/beginner) class, the class was so big at the time that they had to break it up into 3 separate heats of 30 to 40 riders.
While racing The feeling of battling through the pack after either having a little crash and getting back up, or just getting a bad start and then passing 10-15 other guys was awesome, just the battle of it was so fun it didn't matter if you got 1st place or 25th place, that experience could never be duplicated in my opinion not by a practice day or by any other thing in life, to those of you that know what I'm talking about. I want to say I believe we can get there again and we can give our kids and others a similar experience, its just going to take a little time, effort and a strategic plan!

Do you think that there are any positive things for a kid that come from Riding a dirt bike?
I do!
Kids learn about dedication to a goal, discipline, hopefully some sportsmanship, and build physical and mental skills, and more and have fun, sure the riding is fun going fast is fun and all that but there is also a social aspect of doing something really cool with your friends and family and making memories that will last a lifetime.
I believe We can bring the experience of motocross to lots of people that may have otherwise never tried it. I really got a lot out of it personally and it would make me feel good to be a part of bringing that experience into someone else's life.

I believe with nationwide Marketing, setting up free test rides and with a few tweaks to the rules that we could have a big resurgence in the sport. I have a plan that will let kids try riding small dirt bikes for the first time on a small track for free nationwide.
I also have a plan to Do nationwide marketing for the sport of motocross.
